The SharePoint Site Level Reporting feature aggregates statistics from across your SharePoint site collection or an individual site and delivers
true sizing and statistical reports to help you understand your site collection or sites landscape.
Current SharePoint Challenge(s):
One of the biggest challenges facing SharePoint Administrators and Site Owners is truly understanding and effectively managing their
SharePoint sites. The dynamic nature of the SharePoint platform amplifies this by making it difficult to gain a clear
understanding of how the sites are evolving and growing. Some of the current challenges around SharePoint site level reporting are:
- No site level reporting.
SharePoint does not provide site level reporting or views that aggregate
sizing and composition data making it difficult to understand your SharePoint site collection or site landscape.

Site Collection or Site Overview Report. Provides you with a synopisis of your
site colleciton or sites properties including:
Date Created, Web Application, Database Name, Quota Name and Size, Size Against Quotes,Bandwidth, User Count, Groups count, sharePoint Groups Count,
Sites Count, Total Lists, Tpotal Documents, Totoal ITems, Total Alerts, Recycle Bin Counts. |

Site Collection Total Site Counts Report.
Provides a bar graph report of the Total Site Counts within the site collection based on incremental timelines starting from the present date,
30 days ago, 60 days ago. 90 days ago, 6 months ago, 1 year ago and 2+ years ago. |

Sites Collection Site Composition Report. Provides a pie chart report of the composiiton
of sites within the site collection based on the template types used when provisning the sites. |

Document Composition and Sizing Report. Provides a complete detailed report of the types of documents, counts and sizes of all documents within the site collection or site. Documents are shown and orgniazed into status groups (Published, Working Drafts, Versions and Recylce Bin) |

Document Size Groupings Report. Provides a bar graph report of the counts of all documents that are of a particular size. Graph also shows the various document status groups (Published, Working Drafts, Versions and Recylce Bin) as well. |
