SharePoint maintains indivdual records for each user on a per site collection basis. This coupled with inconsistencies in
Active Directory data can cause SharePoint user records to populate with bad data. USPM's Account Properties Synchronizer
can help clean up basic account properties and synch them across all site collections.

Some of the current challenges around account management are:
- User Account info per site collection.
SharePoint does not provide a complete cross environment structured view of site collections and site hierarchies.
- Active directory Incomplete Information.
Not all Active Directory environemnt have up to date data or have incomplete data and therefore can cause SharePoint to populate bad data into its user information tables.
